Returns or Exchanges

At The Crossing Store, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style changes — we don’t keep extra inventory on hand.

If Your Order Isn’t Right

If you receive a product that’s damaged or not the correct item, we want to make it right!

Please email us at crossing@prosourcepromos.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we receive your message, our team will review it and work quickly to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement or another way to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as each item is created with care for our community.
